When I was preparing for RIAPalooza, I created and blogged about Creating a Simple Silverlight Countdown Blog badge. One of the many things that I love about SxSW is that they let the attendees vote for the sessions that they want to see. They are also very realistic that the attendees are not picking the sessions, but they do count for 30% of the vote. Their whole process is laid out on the main page at http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/.
