Share DataContext among navigation pages in Silverlight 3

I got an email the other day about if there was a way to pass an object between the navigation pages in Silverlight 3.  The scenario was that the developer wanted to use the same data, but represent it visually in different ways. One of the great features in Silverlight 3 is the navigation framework. This will allow you to build very large Silverlight applications which require true browser navigation support without having to build your own browser ineropability to handle back / forward navigation.
